Puremelt chocolate products cannot be exchanged or refunded due to its perishable nature. However, we stand behind our products and will make every effort possible for you if there is an issue with your order! Please inspect the product as soon as it arrives- notify us immediately of any problems so that they can be resolved quickly before eating them all up (we know how tempting these things are). If one criteria set out below applies then please contact us and we will make things right as soon as we possibly can
1. The products are not what you ordered;
2. The delivery is of an incorrect quantity; or
3. If you do not receive the products ordered (other than as a result of you providing incorrect delivery address details as above).
