FUDGE


When you think of fudge what do you think of? Are you remembering something your grandmother used to make. Puremelt Organic Fudge is based on an old recipe passed on through the generations, with one small but not insignificant difference. Instead of cane sugar, which we never use, we use organic evaporated coconut nectar (a low GI sugar) and cook it with organic salted butter and nothing else! The result – a rich, buttery, ever so slightly salty, caramel fudge – just like your grandmother used to make – but healthier.
